ASSOCIATE MEMBER

If you are an Associate Member your dues are a flat $250 per year. It entitles you to three (3) discount fees for any EDND sponsored events. Associate Members hold a non-voting membership.

ACTIVE MEMBER

If you are an Active Member your dues are based on your operating budget. The amount of your EDND dues determines the number of discount fees your organization is entitled to at an EDND sponsored event. Active Members have a single vote per organization.

Members designated as active will pay dues according to the following dues schedule:

$0 - $75,000 Annual Operating Budget.

$75,001 - $250,000 Annual Operating Budget.

Please remit $200
One (1) Designated vote
Three (3) Membership discounts for EDND official events

$250,001 - $400,000 Annual Operating Budget .

One (1) Designated vote
Five (5) Membership discounts for EDND official events

$400,001 and above Annual Operating Budget.

Please remit $750
One (1) Designated vote
Eight (8) Membership discounts for EDND official events

Dues to the Economic Development Association of North Dakota are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. A portion of dues, however, is not deductible as a business expense because of EDND’s lobbying activity. The non-deductible portion is 54%.
