ASSOCIATE MEMBER

If you are an Associate Member your dues are a flat $320 per year. Associate Members hold a non-voting membership.

ACTIVE MEMBER

If you are an Active Member your dues are based on your operating budget. Active Members have a single vote per organization.

Members designated as active will pay dues according to the following dues schedule:

$0 - $75,000 Annual Operating Budget.

Please remit $125

$75,001 - $250,000 Annual Operating Budget.

Please remit $250

$250,001 - $400,000 Annual Operating Budget .

Please remit $500

$400,001 and above Annual Operating Budget.

Please remit $925

Dues to the Economic Development Association of North Dakota are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. A portion of dues, however, is not deductible as a business expense because of EDND’s lobbying activity. The non-deductible portion is 54%.
